Groundhog Day Safety Reminder

First, always make sure the groundhog is fresh. You can often tell by the tire tread. Has it been there long?
Second, if your groundhog has been frozen, thaw it in the refrigerator for no more than 12 hours, and finally, make sure your groundhog has been completely cooked at 350 degrees for 4 hours.
That’s about it. Then settle back with your family and enjoy a wonderful, safe Groundhog Day Feast!
