The Wall Street Journal On Oregon's 37

One thing I've noticed in the media is that there are errors in just about every story that I know something about. See if you think there's one in this:

Close, but actually it has to do with a lower court deciding it one way, and the Surpeme Court of Oregon
overturning that decision, rather than two trips to the same court.

de articul refurs to de Surpremes' invalidation of Measure 7, the forerunner of M37.

M7, passed in Nov. 2000, was ruled unconstitutional by Marion County Circuit Court Judge Paul Lipscomb in Feb. 2001.

His ruling was upheld by the OSC in Oct. 2002.
