I think you can rest easy. With Linn's reputation for nastiness, you can believe after the county employee union endorsed her opponent, Ted Wheeler, her next plan for the employees is revenge, not to reward them.
Of course, her Chief of Staff and Liason will be getting a bonus for attempting to strong arm the CFO for her. As exhibited in today's Oregonian article about the vehicle misuse - she does believe in employee favoritism.
