Personally, I thought the caption labeling Kim Jong Il as "D-North Korea" was going a bit too far.

I don't think that was too far. Is there really any doubt who he's rooting for in our elections? My guess is it is the party he boonswaggled into giving him millions of dollars and nuclear technology in exchange for turning a blind eye while he built some nukes.
Butch must be referring to Rumsfield, who was on the board of directors of the company (ABB) that sold Kim Jong Il the reactors. Imagine, Kim (along with Osaman) supporting the Bush administration. Who woulda thunk?
Make that Rumsfeld.
