Hard to know the credibility of that source and story. But it's certainly NOT a stretch that a bunch of fat-cat Republicans out hunting late on a winter day wouldn't each have at least three scotches in them (I'm shocked, SHOCKED).
Unfortunately, the only possibility for further investigation would have been for "poor old Harry" to die. So, in the words of Bill O'Reilly, Cheney no doubt "will never speak of this again."
