LOSING VITAL LINCHPIN COULD DESTROY CITY!!!!!!

Here are some things that would happen if we cancel the tram:
* Children in Portland would no longer laugh and play.
* Nothing in the city would ever grow again, including all plants and little dogs.
* The Rose Festival Fun Center would lose the Fun part.
* The rain would go on forever. (Actually, that one might already be happening.)
* Tram proponents who used to work for City Hall would have to get jobs not related to the tram.
* And finally: Budget estimates could never again be pulled out of someone’s ass.
